Trent Dementia offers free leisurely guided health walks on the second Thursday morning of each month in Nottingham.

Guided walks with a trained leader for people affected by dementia in the East Midlands area. If you are living independently with dementia or are a family member or supporter, you are welcome to join us.

Dates in 2025:
10th July, 9th October, and 13th November

Dates in 2026:
12th February, 9th April, 14th May, 11th June

We meet near the café inside the farm at 11am on the Second Thursday of each month – except for March and August when we would be at West Bridgford Park.

There are no walks in Stonebridge Farm in December nor January.
