Travel Well Social Wellness Walk with Runspire

Join us for a FREE gentle walk along the banks of the River Leen as we chat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings – we may even spot a kingfisher if we’re lucky!
The Travel Well team will be at Bulwell Marketplace from 10am, so pop along and have a chat before the walk – there’s even the chance to try out a bit of Nordic Walking if you want to!
The walk will take approximately 45-50 minutes. There are some uneven surfaces, so come wearing suitable footwear (trainers or walking boots are a good idea) and dress for the weather.
