What’s it all about?
We meet for 5K and 10K walks around some of Nottingham’s best parks – Arboretum, Woodthorpe, Gedling, Bestwood, and beyond! This isn’t just about walking; it’s about connecting, uplifting each other, and having a laugh along the way.

What to bring?
Your fave drink – coffee, tea, water… it’s your vibe!
Your dog (if you have one!) – we LOVE doggy companions.
Your little one in a pushchair – mums, this is the perfect chance to be active & social!
A positive attitude – this is a space for strong, supportive women.
