Stay Pawsative! is a friendly group that runs at Idle Valley Nature Reserve at 2pm every Tuesday. The walk is at a leisurely pace and dogs (maximum 10 dogs per group) are welcome but not required. The walk takes approximately one hour and is just under 1.5 miles, although it is possible to double back if that is too far. No booking is needed.

Stay Pawsative! is designed to have a positive affect on mental health by encouraging people to get into the fresh air and take gentle exercise while providing an opportunity to speak about any problems they might have. The group is led by a volunteer so there will always be a friendly face available who will be happy to answer any queries.
