What’s on offer?

I want to offer a class suitable for all, irrespective of age, gender or fitness. Let’s get out, enjoy nature, be active and have a good time together. As a bonus you’ll recognise that you’ll get fitter and stronger.

My groups offer a safe space to talk about mental health issues and I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider so if you suffer from mental health issues know that you’ll meet understanding people.

No worries if you haven’t exercised for a while or haven’t got poles. Just get in touch, come around and have a look. To keep things simple it’s just ₤ 3 per lesson – pay as you come. Have a look at my website for further information. I hope to see you soon at one of my weekly walks.
