May is National Walking Month and, following the success of our Birthday Bimble last year, we are holding a Bimble and Brew to coincide with the Walk Notts Festival 2026.
Our Bimble and Brew is a netwalk with a focus on discourse rather than distance, so come and join us for fun, fresh air, and the best of what Nottingham has to offer. Whether you’re a seasoned wanderer or a first-time explorer, it’s a great way to network and meet people working in the VCSE sector in Nottingham – Please note you are required to book your place using the website link.
We will meet at the NCVS base at Dryden Enterprise Centre (DEC) at 11am on Thursday 14th May 2026 and head into the Arboretum to wander through the beauty of Nottingham’s oldest public park, before heading back to the Boardroom in DEC for the chance to continue conversations over a cuppa.
The route is approximately one and a half miles. While it is paved throughout, there are some hills and undulations, so sturdy footwear is advised. We will be walking whatever the weather, so please come equipped for the conditions on the day.
