Forest Bathing Walk

A rejuvenating Forest Bathing Walk in the grounds of beautiful Newstead Abbey. Immerse yourself in nature, breathe in the fresh air, and let the tranquil surroundings wash away your stress. This in-person event, part of the Walk Notts festival is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and recharge your batteries. We will meet at the main entrance to the Abbey.
Site entry: £6 per car or £2 walker/cyclist (but please be aware is it a 30 minute walk from the entrance gate to the meeting point)
Please dress for being out in the woods and wear sturdy shoes for uneven ground.
