Come join us for a rejuvenating Forest Bathing Walk at the beautiful Wollaton Hall, Gardens and Deer Park. Immerse yourself in nature, breathe in the fresh air, and let the tranquil surroundings wash away your stress. This in-person event, part of the Walk Notts festival is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and recharge your batteries. We will meet on the main entrance steps of the Hall.

Wollaton Park is free to enter but lease be aware of car parking charges for the site.

This is an outdoor activity so please dress according to the weather and wear sturdy shoes / boots.
