Date: Saturday 30 May 2026

Time: 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (walk), with optional lunch gathering afterward

Location: Bulwell Hall Park, NG6 8BE (easy parking, family-friendly paths, scenic woodlands, open green spaces, and lakeside trails)

Meeting point: Play area notice board, right by the entrance

As part of the Walk Notts Festival (1–31 May 2026), Bridge Builders Wellbeing is delighted to host the Family Mindful Walk: a gentle, inclusive event for families of all ages to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy quality time together.

We’ll guide a mindful stroll through the park’s beautiful woodlands, open green spaces, and peaceful lakeside paths, encouraging presence, deep breathing, and appreciation of the surroundings.

At the end of the walk, join us for an optional lunch gathering at the Country Park Cafe (on-site at Bulwell Hall Park) where you’re invited to do some relaxed journaling, share your entries or drawings (no pressure, just a cozy space to reflect if you’d like), and chat with others. Every participant will receive a small nature-themed souvenir as a thank you – a little reminder of your mindful journey!

This is a perfect opportunity for families to recharge, spark creativity, and celebrate the joy of walking in nature.

Kids of all ages welcome. Bring water, comfy shoes, and any drawing/journalling materials if you wish.

Free to attend. Booking is required (spaces limited for a cozy, supportive group).

We look forward to walking, reflecting, and creating memories with you and your family! 🌳✨
