Monday 18th May at Highfields Park 6:15-7:00 pm

The instructors will provide Nordic Walking poles for you to use in the lesson. Please email Catherine with your height so that she can bring the correct poles for you. You can book your place by phone, text or email, then you will be sent details about the meeting point in the park.

There is a car park at Lakeside Pavilion at Highfields Park.
