The Wolfpack Projects holds groups and events for young people aged 16-35 living in Nottinghamshire.

We love to explore and connect with nature on our doorstep. There are so many great places to wander, so join us each month to find your new favourite places. During the walk, we might take part in some mindful activities, such as meditation or grounding techniques.

If it’s your first time coming along, this is a great way to meet a smaller number of people before trying a bigger social.

We will try and go to places that are accessible by public transport and contain solid paths. The weather is beyond our control, so please check on the day for appropriate clothing. If conditions are unsuitable to be outside, then we will decide to postpone the walk as soon as we can.
In May, we hope to walk along the Victoria Embankment. Meeting point is by The Trent Bridge Kiosk NG2 2GR, then we will walk along the Embankment.
This group is for you if you can manage a leisurely pace for around an hour, with a break in the middle. Plus you can also have a chat with someone as you go – support workers are welcome too.

We may take photographs during the event for marketing, so please let us know if you have concerns about this.

About us: The Wolfpack Project is a registered charity (no. 1184390) that supports young people aged 16-35 in Nottingham who struggle with loneliness. We aim to help them find connections and reduce stigma. The Support Manager is Mental Health First Aid trained, so can offer a listening ear to those that need it.

We’re excited to meet you!
